Effective Date: October 28, 2025
Last Updated: October 28, 2025

Transparency is central to the credibility of USA Scoop.

This page explains who owns and operates the publication, how it is financed, and the principles that safeguard our newsroom’s independence.

1. Ownership

USA Scoop is owned and operated by Scoop Network Inc., a media and technology company incorporated in the United States of America. Scoop Network Inc. oversees multiple digital media initiatives focused on delivering factual, engaging, and technology-driven journalism.

All editorial operations, content decisions, and publication processes for USA Scoop are managed by the editorial team based in the U.S. While the company collaborates with contributors and partner networks worldwide, final editorial authority rests solely with the USA Scoop newsroom.

2. Editorial Independence

Our newsroom operates with complete editorial independence.

Ownership, advertisers, and commercial partners have no influence over story selection, framing, or conclusions. Editorial decisions are made solely by our journalists and editors in line with our Editorial Policy and journalistic ethics.

3. Funding Sources

USA Scoop sustains its operations through a mix of the following revenue channels:

  • Direct company investment from Scoop Network Inc.
  • Digital advertising revenue, including programmatic display ads and native placements that are clearly labeled.
  • Social media monetization, including revenue from platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other eligible networks under official creator and media-partner programs.
  • Brand partnerships and sponsorships, aligned only with our editorial and ethical guidelines.
  • Affiliate programs, where we may earn a small commission from reader-supported purchases, at no additional cost to the user.

We do not accept payments, favors, or incentives from subjects of our reporting. All funding models are structured to uphold editorial autonomy and reader trust.

4. Sponsored & Branded Content

Occasionally, we may feature sponsored or branded content.

Such material is always clearly disclosed using labels such as Sponsored, Advertisement, or Partner Story.
Our editorial and commercial operations are fully separated to ensure that paid collaborations never influence the tone or substance of our journalism.

5. Conflicts of Interest

All editors, writers, and contributors are required to disclose any personal, financial, or political interests that could compromise their reporting. Employees are prohibited from investing in or accepting benefits from any organization or individual covered by USA Scoop’s editorial work.

6. Affiliations and Partnerships

USA Scoop may maintain professional affiliations with industry organizations, press associations, and journalism networks that support innovation in media and technology. Such relationships do not influence editorial judgment or story selection.

7. Accountability

We are accountable first and foremost to our readers.
